I was just perusing a puff pastry recipe that will allow me to stock up one afternoon next week. It's berry season, and I must be ready. Gonna play with mascarpone this season - cream cheese has too many "texturizing" poisons.

But the flour I will use - because I am not an unlettered animal, as you are - is from Italy. You see, blessed "capitalism" - that vaunted political system that the Bible is basically written to push - has poisoned the **** flour in the united states, and our "government" does not protect consumers. So I have to ship my pastry flour and all purpose flour and pasta products in from Italy.
